A detailed greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory is the best way for wineries to identify emissions hotspots and target climate smart practices for GHG reduction. In this webinar, participants will learn about GHG inventories and why they are helpful in prioritizing climate action work. Panelists will discuss their experiences with completing inventories, how they have used the results in their climate action strategies and the role that International Wineries for Climate Action has played in their efforts. In addition, an overview and update will be provided on California regulation SB 253, the Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act, which requires some U.S. companies doing business in California to disclose their annual GHG emissions.
