The Central Coast of California is home to one of the world?s premier viticulture regions with incredible history and an exciting future. This learning journey will bring us to Beauregard Winery in Bonny Doon to learn firsthand from UC alumni and assistant winemaker Megan Bell on the ups, downs, ins, and outs of producing and bottling regional wines with a small production emphasis. She will also share her new label, Margins, and its focus on lesser known varietals. Participants will learn details on sourcing, producing, and aging wine while cultivating community around this ancient pressed and fermented juice. Light dinner fare is included! $8.
